Hey everyone just thought I’d do a little life and business update and about my new offerings. Big changes and upgrades have been going on in our house lately and I’d like to bring those who are ready with me!
After a very big and uncertain couple of years, I’m personally feeling very expanded, positive and grounded. I’m in week 6 of an F45 fitness challenge and feel stronger and clearer than ever ( the classes are still hard though 😂 ).
I trust in the good that is coming and am so grateful that things have settled in the world, for now at least.
Sand and I have really been using this time to get clear on what we REALLY want, to focus, to create and let lots of the ‘dead wood’ drop away for new life, in all aspects, with Spirit and Inner Connection as a foundation for all that we do.
I’ve recently opened up clinic for both in person and online sessions which is a game changer, it’s person by person to what ever will work best, especially at the beginning. The tendency is to begin in person but move to online once people are familiar with the work and feel comfortable going deep but holding their own bubble to a stronger degree with myself as Space via distance.
Offers wise I currently offer the Deep and Transformative 8 week Spiral Process, this is a well structured and powerful ‘full system’ clear over 8 weeks and the changes I’ve seen, both in myself and my clients is mind blowing. The process is driven by YOUR INTENT at the beginning of the journey and is truly about unlocking possibility and de-conditioning all the limiting judgements, programs and patterns. For new clients I generally see them for 3, 5 or 8 session packages ( if there’s deep trauma ). I’ve moved away from doing single sessions as I see in the end it does not serve myself or my clients. With inner work ‘stuff comes up’ and commitment is KEY. ✨
Then once people have gone in on the deep stuff and/or completed Spiral there’s 6 monthly Coaching packages to help you stay on track and in alignment and accountable to yourself, your vision and most importantly your Spirit. ✨
Sand and I are working together more and more with people from slightly different angles and have some exciting new offers and programs coming up in the new year, watch this space ✨
